Communication Skills Course (18 Videos)

This course is a series of 14 videos on Communication skills with 2 quizzes, and 4 wellbeing videos. It should take just under 2 hours to view all videos and complete the tasks and quizzes.

These videos are suitable for clinicians working in multiple healthcare settings, and they also form an optional foundation for the Supervision Skills training. The topics are divided into three bundles: (Core Skills, Communication Challenges and Communication with Colleagues), and consist of four teaching videos and nine demonstration role-plays in total. The role-play videos all finish with a dynamic de-brief discussion to summarise the learning points, which offers a practical and engaging overview of the material.
